You can grow your penis fast naturally, but these 5 bad habits can delay your results!

You can grow your penis quickly using completely natural methods. This is how I went from a disappointing (and often embarrassing) size of just 5.5 inches to very well endowed. However, as with any exercise or self-improvement routine, it is not just the routine itself that will affect your results. Your general, off-the-beaten-path lifestyle makes a big difference, and that difference could be positive or negative.

For those of you who work out, I’m sure you have one of those guys in your gym (or several) who go to the gym religiously for an hour, two hours, or even more a day, but never seems to develop the “body of gym “to show it. Then you meet him outside the gym and see why. You’re smoking, drinking, and stuffing your face with terrible food with no nutritional value.

Penis enlargement is very different from building muscle in other parts of your body in many ways, but in some ways it is the same. One of those ways is that there are many habits you can develop outside of your routine that can slow down your earnings and take you longer to reach your goals. Here are five of those habits.

1. Wearing underwear that is too tight or too tight. When your penis is in its “recovery” phase between routines, it is important that you let it hang loose, free, and plump. This is the best state for your penis to be in to promote growth, which only occurs during the recovery phase. Wearing brief style underwear (and even some boxer briefs) tightens your penis and prevents it from hanging to its full length. Briefs or boxers can be good to show off your bulge once you reach your size goals, but while working on penis enlargement stick with boxers or command.

2. Don’t exercise the rest of your body. You don’t have to exercise like a professional athlete, but you do need to do some form of exercise at least 4-5 days a week for a number of reasons. One, being in shape naturally promotes a healthier sex drive, and you want to have a high drive and erections regularly, because every time you have an erection it helps solidify your gains. Also, since the main reason most of us want to increase penis size is to improve performance in the bedroom, we must also take other steps to become more desirable lovers, and being in shape is one of them. Finally, carrying excess fat can result in a shorter effective penis size. For some men, up to a half inch can be “hidden” for every 30 extra pounds of fat.

3. Eat too little cholesterol and saturated fat. Yes, you read it correctly. This doesn’t give you a license to eat bacon and double cheeseburgers seven days a week, but the last thing you want to do is cut animal fat out of your diet entirely. It helps keep male hormones at a healthy level which once again supports a strong sex drive and quality erections that are crucial to your gains.

4. Smoking cigarettes. In addition to being simply unpleasant, smoking causes some factors to work against you. It causes your body to deliver less oxygen to your muscles and organs, which inhibits growth. It also affects blood flow, resulting in less full and strong erections, and during penis enlargement, you need strong erections to help promote growth. Finally, smoking decreases your ability to work, and that includes the “work” you do in the bedroom.

5. Consume alcohol in excess. Excessive alcohol consumption results in decreased levels of male hormones, including testosterone, which is detrimental to penis enlargement. Beer is an especially wicked culprit, particularly strong beers with lots of hops that promote estrogen. If you must drink, red wine in moderation is the best option as it promotes healthy blood flow and even contains antioxidants for your immune system.
