Fill the ceramic container to the top with coffee beans to keep the air inside to a minimum. Roasted whole bean coffee will last one to two weeks, if stored this way at room temperature.

Storing coffee at room temperature works well for coffee that you will use within a week or two of purchase if these items can be removed.
