Essential fatty acids (eg, salmon, tuna, seeds, flaxseed, nuts, etc.), Complex carbohydrates (eg, pasta, rice, cereals, green leafy vegetables, fruit, bread, but avoid dairy products) of white flour), low-fat dairy products, foods rich in vitamin C (for example, potatoes, red cabbage, red bell peppers, oranges, tangerines, tangerines, etc.), fruit juices, and drink at least 2 liters of fresh water every day to help your kidneys remove excess uric acid from your system.
