Your diploma will be mailed to your permanent address listed on your application. If your permanent address is changed after you apply, it will need to be updated in GWeb. You can update your address up to one month before the end of your term. You should receive your diploma within 4-6 weeks after the conferral of your degree. Your name, degree, major and honors (undergraduate and graduate only) appear on the diploma. You will also receive a certificate reflecting your President’s Scholar or Dean’s List status.

How long does it take to receive a graduation print after ordering?
If you’re ordering your graduation cards online, you’ll want to be sure that they’re delivered in the least amount of time possible. While it may seem like a simple matter of typing in a few names and checking out, a mistake could easily ruin your plans for sending out these important cards.
If you’ve lost your diploma, you can use the online diploma order form to have it replaced. You’ll be able to choose a standard or expedited delivery option and will receive your replacement diploma within 2-4 days of ordering it. You’ll be able to order more than one duplicate diploma at a time and you can customize the information that will appear on your new certificate.
If your legal name changes, you’ll need to submit documentation of the change in order to update your diploma. This can include your driver’s license, passport or other documents with your new legal name on it. You can also email the Office of the Registrar to have your diploma printed with your new legal name.
You can have your diploma printed as an eDiploma by using this service. Your eDiploma will be sent to you as a high-resolution, color Adobe Certified PDF file. You can use this eDiploma to send to third parties who may be interested in verifying your education and/or employment status.
The eDiploma service is provided by Michael Sutter Company, an authorized third-party vendor to Boise State. When your diploma is ready to be mailed, you’ll receive an email from BroncoMail indicating your mailing date and address, as well as a secondary email with a secure ID.
