Instant hot water heaters provide instant gratification!

Remember the days when the only type of hot water heater were huge tanks that boiled water and then sat on it until you turned on the tap? These units are very efficient, although you may have to wait several minutes for the cold water to come out of the pipes before you feel the warmth of the hot water. Instantaneous water heaters are quickly becoming standard in new homes, and installation in older homes is easy, too.

Although this unit won’t replace your water tanks, it will change the way you do things like cook, wash dishes (when you run out of water, guess where you can get more water!), and even give you on-demand water that you can get as quick as grabbing the old teapot without having to wait for it to heat up. We’ve all had this problem of running out of hot water before doing the dishes!

Today instant gratification is the theme and people want to be able to turn on the faucet and get water on demand. Instantaneous water heaters have now and for a short time been available that do just that. These units store a small amount of water and heat it up very quickly. There are different sizes for different uses, but the smallest units fit right under the sink and are sufficient for most things you need hot water for.

Instantaneous water heaters come in many varieties, makes, models, and even technologies, but they all do the same thing. No waiting for all the cold water to come out of the facet, in fact it already goes cold into the unit and heats up to around 190-200.

This unit fits right under the sink and should have its own dedicated socket. This can be a bit more difficult in older homes, but in newer homes that are being built it is a very easy thing to do. These units are not expensive, so it would be feasible to install one in all aspects of your home. You will need to be careful if you have children not to install them where they would have unsupervised access. They may get curious and start to touch the unit and they can cool down with hot water. Most households with children just place them in the kitchen as a great instant water convenience. The beauty is that it’s the same result as microwaving your cup of water for a minute, only you don’t have to wait as long! Making hot chocolate is just as quick and easy as making tea, or even instant rice or mashed potatoes!
