Pick of the Week: Arctic Cat 400 4×4

Generally speaking, Cat Arctic ATVs have a large market share when it comes to mid-range ATVs. Combine their affordability with high quality parts – they have gained a good footing in the ATVs they produce and have had many ATV fans hooked thus far. The 2007 model comes in three versions to meet the different needs of different ATV drivers. The good thing is that there is the option to buy the Arctic Cat ATV, which is a single seater, or you can choose the Arctic Cat, which is a two-seater – the choice is yours. Consequently, the price difference is about $1,000. The other Arctic Cat 400 versions are with and without automatic transmission.

What others have to say about Arctic Cat 400 4×4 ATV

This ATV is more comfortable than we initially expected – the seat is extremely soft and comfortable to ride, making every trip on the ATV a success! Most Arctic Cat fans say they were most impressed by the fact that it had a front-locking differential – it’s almost impossible to get stuck on this ATV. “One time, I was ready to winch, but suddenly I remembered that my Arctic Cat had a front differential feature, and in the blink of an eye, I was out. It was amazing,” says Kenneth Mahon (35), a Arctic Cat Satisfied Fan of Cat ATVs.

Cody Zimmerman (22) is absolutely in love with his Arctic Cat 400 and says it is an AWESOME machine simply because of its ground clearance. It’s fast enough, safe enough, fun enough, and can go just about anywhere a two-wheeler or four-wheeler can go. And Cody thinks Arctic Cat offers great prices for an ATV like this too!

Other opinions about Arctic Cat 400 4×4 ATV

However, not everything is rosy with the Arctic Cat because one problem we encountered was that the gears were set too high. For example, the reverse gear was set so high that if you try to back out of the mud, you won’t be able to because you won’t have enough power to get the ATV out. Maybe a tire change would do the trick, so it’s all trial and error here.

Arctic Cat 400 probably isn’t the best machine to race, but it’s definitely one of the best ATVs to own if you love to get a little muddy. It has the power to get the machine out of any situation if it has the right tires and is decently quick. But we think it’s nothing a little tweaking can’t fix. and for that price? Come on!
