The South Fulton area of Atlanta is buzzing with new communities, retailers and businesses abounding in every corner of the area. It’s no wonder why some of the largest builders in the country head to the South Fulton area. Best of all, it’s within walking distance of the bustling new Camp Creek Marketplace, Southside Atlanta’s equivalent to Midtown Atlanta’s Atlantic Station. The May 2007 issue of Builder Magazine ranked Pulte Homes #3 on Georgia’s Top 100 Builders.
The success of Princeton Lakes certainly helped. The City of Atlanta created the Princeton Lakes Redevelopment Plan and Tax Appropriation District, which was used as an incentive to help fuel the development of an ambitious live-work-play community in southwest Atlanta. Of course, its proximity to Camp Creek Marketplace’s 1.2 million-square-foot office and retail space fueled the subdivision’s popularity.
