Street Fighter Moves – The 4 Best First Hits To End A Fight Fast And Why You Should Use Them

This is an article on reality based self defense and survival. Before I can get into the description of the best first shots, I feel like I need to lay down a bit of groundwork by explaining a couple of key RBSF principles:

RBSF Principle No. 1 – Focus on the goal and not on the technique – What this means is that you shouldn’t have to worry at all about looking pretty or doing the perfect execution of some exotic martial arts move (like a spinning kick to the face or something as ridiculous as that), but rather focus on the best target. or place to hit that will deal the most damage with the least amount of skill needed to execute.

RBSF Principle #2: Play soft, then attack first, fast and furiously non-stop until the threat is neutralized – This plot is a bit of psychological warfare combined with a physical follow through. Your goal is to hit when the opponent is distracted or not ready.

With these two basic principles of RBSF established, I can now get into the subject matter that will be discussed here:

The 4 best first blows to end a fight fast

Best First Hit #1 – Throw any drink in your attacker’s face – This is a favorite of Norm, one of my RBSF teachers. If you’re at a club, a party, a restaurant, or anywhere you can get a drink, this can be used very effectively as a first strike for a flurry of follow up strikes. Any drink will do, even water. If it’s hot coffee, much better. The technique consists of extending the arm fully, if possible, towards the face, in the middle of the sentence while talking to the aggressor. Avoid short, choppy throws overhead or you may not hit your eyes on the drink.

Best First Hit #2 – Finger poke in the eyes Impairs vision by pricking eyes with open palm. Your fingers should be slightly curved and extended. Doing it this way will reduce the chance of injuring your fingers.

Best First Hit #3 – Punch or “karate chop” to the throatIf you punch or “karate chop” him with the side of your hand, the fight is almost over, because at that point he’s not thinking about fighting you anymore, he’s just coughing, choking, and panicking when you see him. thinking. wide-eyed in semi-shock, “I can’t breathe! I can’t breathe! I must breathe!”

Best First Strike #4 – Spitting in Attacker’s Face – You can do it using just your “plain” saliva or, even more effective, if you’re chewing on something like an apple, and you suddenly spit the pulp out in your face. He will reflexively raise both hands to cover his face. Everything below the collar is now wide open for “the touchdown”. At this point you can start by kicking the inner thigh just above the knee or just go for the gold – nuggets, that is! (You know what I’m talking about: family jewels!)
