The Church of God has been commissioned to take the Word to the whole world and make disciples (students) within each nation, teaching them to follow the teachings of Yeshua (Jesus). What did Yeshua teach? Yeshua boldly proclaimed the good news of the Kingdom of God, the immortal family of divine beings who will soon reign over all the earth. He also taught his students how to live lives that honor the Gospel and complement the Kingdom. We must become more godly, more Christ-like, more Kingdom-like, daily, in anticipation of his Dawning.
But Yeshua also warned of TURBULENT TIMES that would occur just before His landing on the Mount of Olives to liberate Jerusalem and secure the Throne of David (which would lead to the liberation of Israel).
We know that certain prophecies would not be fulfilled until these “last days.” Therefore, their sealed messages were not to break their silence until the appointed time (Daniel 12:9). With the advent of the nuclear age, we have been living, for the first time in history, with weapons of mass destruction that can wipe out all life on planet Earth! (Matthew 24:21-22).
The early Church preached the Gospel, but within the framework of addressing issues and concerns of its time and place. For example, they emphasized the necessary death and resurrection of Yeshua. The biblical approach is to offer “food in due season”, tailored messages, tailored to the times, “making all things to all men”, using current events as support and podium. The apostles and evangelists preached Christ and Him crucified, and did not deal with Yeshua’s prophecy about the imminent fall of Jerusalem and the destruction of the Temple. Why? Because it would not affect the daily life and national affairs of his Gentile audience.
Yet today the European Beast is taking shape and form before us, while the American, British and Jewish people continue their plummet into oblivion. Both intertwined events were clearly prophesied (Lev. 26; Deut. 28). And it is only with our God-given understanding of Bible prophecy that we can see where these trends are rapidly heading. Both the Book of Daniel and the Book of Revelation reveal a Gentile confederation of nations that will emerge on the world scene just before the Messiah comes, wreaking havoc in Israel and opposing the Heavenly Host (Daniel 7; Revelation 13; 17).
These prophesied headlines will directly affect the lives of every member of God’s Church and the nations of Israel! We are living in the prophesied time of an explosion of knowledge, mass transit and rapid communication, and we have truly become a global village (Daniel 12:4). Therefore, these “geopolitical” prophecies are very personal and relevant.
It was necessary for God to first identify Israel today (the so-called Lost 10 Tribes) so that the Church could deliver His message, preserved by the Prophets for our time. We must warn the sinful Israelite nations that the Holocaust was only a foretaste of what is to come! Many different groups and organizations (for better and worse) have helped restore Israel’s identity. But Herbert W. Armstrong was the most influential, through his inspiring book United States and Great Britain in prophecy, as God commanded (Isaiah 49:6). How else could we go with the Gospel to the “lost sheep of the House of Israel” unless God directed us? How could we warn of the impending “Time of Jacob’s Trouble” unless God sends us?
Many professing Christian ministries today are still lost in their own little religious worlds (Ezekiel 34:4-5). They still don’t know or care who Israel is or reject our identity (they express interest in our fellow Jews, however), though God expects their pastors to help remind Israel of our Biblical roots and responsibilities and bring them together as “One Nation under God.” , “a true “United Kingdom” (Ezekiel 37:22). It seems that they are happy to believe that they are Gentiles (with their false Christianity/Gentile religion) and do not want to go back to biblical days and customs, preferring their perverted and distracted traditions (Hosea 1:9).
As noted in my timely book, Beyond Babylon: The Rise and Fall of Europe“Christ referred to WORLD WAR III as the GREAT TRIBULATION (Matt. 24:21-22). He had given an outline of the prophetic events that would occur just before His second coming. Although we cannot know the exact time or date, we can tell when it’s really close!”
Yeshua taught that the time of the end would be very similar to the time of Noah and as it was in Sodom and Gomorrah. Didn’t Noah know what was about to happen? Was not Lot warned of impending destruction? YES! Biblical precedent provides proof that God’s people will not be left without a clue (Amos 3:7).
God’s Church, Her so-called (worded to be delightfully different and wonderfully strange, living “ahead of our time”), are called Children of Light (1 Pet. 4:4; 1 Thess. 5:1-6). ). We have not been left in the dark, in stark contrast to those around us who know the latest weather report but miss the meaning of the times. Too many remain oblivious to the fact that A EUROPEAN STORM IS BUILDING (Matt. 16:2-3). Many won’t realize it until they GET HOME and are devastated!
there are precious little time left to help sound the alarm and let the sirens sound. We are supposed to serve as God’s EARLY WARNING SYSTEM (Jeremiah 44:4). From the Watchtower of Faith we can see what is on the horizon and catch on our spiritual radar screen the clear and present danger that Europe presents. We know what is going to happen, based on biblical facts, and we confidently declare it (Rom. 4:17).
If we don’t help warn the world, giving everyone a chance to escape, we will be responsible for their deaths (Ezekiel 3:18). Isaiah 42:19 warns about the blindness of God’s servant and the deafness of his messenger; Isaiah 56:10 rebukes the blind watchman and dumb watchdogs that don’t know how to bark and fall asleep on the job! Obviously God didn’t “hire” them that way. This is so serious that God must warn us about it, (and you are being warned right now) because apparently many will not pass this part of our Christian test, deserting our posts and running like Jonah. Such Christian pigeons will be swallowed by the belly of the Beast! There is nothing new under the Sun: Just as Yeshua’s closest friends fell asleep just before his trial and crucifixion, it looks like some will fall asleep just before our Church and our nations are scourged.
An important part of Yeshua’s teachings, relevant to this generation, are the warning signs of what is about to happen, so that everyone can watch in prayer and seek refuge before it is too late (Luke 21:36 ). But we must share His survival course with others so they can know what to look for and expect and how to receive 24-hour protection by trusting in Him. We can help save lives and prepare people for what lies ahead, whether it be World War III World or the Lake of Fire (Jude 23).
Signs reveal which direction we are headed and how close we are getting to that destination. We must share our God-given light of understanding with the world so they can be warned. That is our solemn privilege and responsibility. How nations or individuals respond is not our responsibility, it is between God and them.
Ezekiel’s warning message is the same as Yeshua’s and Paul’s: repent or face God’s judgment. Likewise, the message of Revelation is to repent of things like murder, occult practices, immorality, idolatry, etc. and begin to obey the commandments of God and hold fast to the teachings of Jesus (in attitude and actions, in word and deeds). However, God has decreed that His final warning to the world before the Storm breaks should be addressed to His People Israel, now identified as prophesied, and that it should include exposing the European Beast as a satanic system opposed to the saints of God. and His government.
Yew God preferred us to stick to a general message of salvation instead of warning about a specific RELIGIOUS-POLITICAL POWER rising in Europe, then He would not have given us such Bible-inspired details! Those who think otherwise are vainly dismissing the Prophets and Revelation as unnecessary. They think they are very smart but they act like fools (Rom. 1:22; Job 38:2). God knows what he is doing. Anyone can preach a generic message, but only the Children of Light can understand the fine print of God’s Word and reveal the Secrets of it to humanity.
All the wise men in the days of Joseph and Daniel together could not provide the correct answer to the questions of their day, yet those two witnesses gave God the glory and revealed the truth that could only come from God (Gen. 41 ; Dan. 2:30). Likewise, God expects us to share HIS DIVINE REVELATION from him (Isaiah 48:6). This deeper understanding and special relationship with God and his Word must be evident to outsiders as something truly unique (Deut. 4:6-7; John 15:15).
May the Church of God share the full teachings of Yeshua, His full gospel – individually and nationally – with the whole world. Such invaluable teachings on the Kingdom of God, faith and forgiveness also warn of terrifying events that will signal the end of this age and help usher in the Wonderful World of Tomorrow.
May we faithfully explain the spiritual meaning of today’s bad news (in light of Bible prophecy) and emphasize the GOOD NEWS that we have a Savior from sin and a Deliverer from men!
