As for the accommodation, on the ground floor, in bedroom one, there is a king size bed. In the second bedroom two single beds have been placed. There is a large living room with a fireplace. The dining table has a capacity for ten people seated. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath shower and a separate kitchen. In the third bedroom and the fourth bedroom there are two single beds, without wardrobe. There is a double bed in the fifth bedroom.

Standard facilities have been provided in these Weymouth cottages including dishwasher, washer and dryer, fridge, freezer, payphone, DVD player. A garage is also present with unrestricted roadside parking. There is a large garden on a sloping lawn. A garden table with chairs has also been placed. For booking purposes, reservations for these Weymouth cottages are made upon receipt of a deposit which is one third of the total cost of the holiday or full payment if the holiday is less than eight weeks, plus twenty extra pounds. along with a reservation form signed by the applicant who must be over 18 years of age, and also signs on behalf of all people who will be staying at the property. Only the number of people specified at the time of booking will be allowed to stay during the trip. Once the payment is received and the conformation is made, no change can be made to the reservation. In case the payment is made by credit card, the guest will be charged an additional 2.5% processing fee at the time of booking. Guests must be responsible for their own belongings; the management is not responsible in case of theft.
