3. Well Considered Plan of Action: To achieve quality goals/ideas, one must carefully proceed with a well-considered action plan! This should include both a current action plan and one that is sustainable! It must indicate a primary course, as well as prepared for possible contingencies. Also, a true leader must create an inner circle, with specific responsibilities and a strategy, to review progress and make adjustments, if necessary.

4. Proactively move forward: You cannot wait for things to happen, proceed, refuse and/or resort to procrastination! Achievement comes from consistency, proactivity, proactiveness, progress, and a willingness to expand one’s personal zone to maximize one’s potential for success!

5. Evaluate and reevaluate: Creating strategic and action plans is important, but the potential for success comes from constantly evaluating and reassessing the best way to do things.

6. Achieve goals: If the goals are meaningful and worthwhile, it behooves a true leader to persist, constantly, focused on achieving meaningful goals. Often the difference between getting things done and fewer results is strongly related to the persistence and perseverance of the leader.
