The essence of value creation

A cornerstone of any successful business is creating value for your customers.

Value is what really drives business relationships and in turn profits (job security, growth, reinvestment).

The value is, of course, an encouragement for every customer to choose you in the first place. Something has value if it can efficiently satisfy a need, fulfill a want, and generate a positive emotional response.

The individual defines the value. Understanding and satisfying these individual perceptions is the key to the world of value. Do your research, find out what is really wanted, what your customer is really looking for, then prepare to meet and exceed as much as possible. Always strive to do the best even better.

Both consumers and providers must benefit from the value proposition for it to be viable. So how can this be achieved?

Innovation: creating additional products or services that appeal to what may very well be a subconscious desire and introducing something that is appealing, at least in part, because it is new and unique.

Added Value: You have a product, a service; now you want it to be better, more attractive, of greater value than it already has. Price consideration is one method; offers the same for less. Attach additional components to the original offer, more for the money. Present both products and services added for a price lower than the original; offer more for less.

The value is in the provision of a service. Cater to your customer’s wants and needs in a way that is worth their time and money while allowing your business to succeed as well, meeting their needs as well.

Actively listen to your customers and get to know them; Evaluate their clothing purchase and guide them to express their hidden desires. Identify the triggers that move them to action and, above all, offer what makes them feel good about doing business with you.

Value is a matter of perception; If our products and services satisfy a customer’s wants and needs, they will perceive it as value at any price charged.

This service approach brings many benefits to us as individuals. We develop higher levels of attention, empathy, ingenuity, creativity and commitment. I feel that we improve ourselves in the process of serving others, and we strengthen both personal and professional relationships.
