How to make burgers with a grinder

Burger Packaging and Storage

The final step in the process of making patties with a grinder is to pack and store the patty after it has gone through the grinding process. One of the best things you can do to extend the life of your burger is to pack it up and seal it with a vacuum sealer. Doing so will remove air from the packaging and keep the burger in an airtight environment where it will be protected from freezer burn and harmful bacteria.
